As a Manager Business Development, with Legacy Global Projects Pvt, Ltd., was in-charge of Land Acquisition and Investments, in identifying land parcels for joint development and purchase as well, identifying the Land owner/s and coordinating with them, considering the locations and bye laws applicable, working out the feasibility of the project (both in terms of SBA achievable and Financials), research on the other existing and upcoming projects in the area surrounding the land parcel identified, preparing a proposal, negotiate with the land owner/s, and have the documents vetted by both external and internal legal advisers before the closure, and included identifying investors, preparing investment proposals based on the feasibility study done during land acquisition, negotiate & finalize, was also an integral part of Legacy Global Projects Pvt, Ltd., sales team, specialized in sales and marketing, identifying clients for the high-end apartments in the North & Central Business District of Bangalore.
As an Executive assistant to the Vice President of sales and marketing, Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt, Ltd,. Was involved in analyzing the real-estate market trends and growth in and around Bangalore area, and was instrumental in creating reports and SOP’s for sales and marketing department. The reports generated were used by the organization in launching and pricing various projects. Also was responsible for the administration of the Sales and Marketing offices with a team of coordinators, generating reports like MIS, availability across all projects, pricing and other updates required by the sales team for its day to day functioning.
A BE Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 plus years of experience in Renewable Energy Business covering the entire value chain from Poly-Silicon Manufacturing to Solar Panels Manufacturing. He passed with distinction & topped while doing his BE Mechanical from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Tamil Nadu.
Mr. Sekar has worked in strategic positions at Delta Electronics & Whirlpool – both global conglomerates & was Head of Sales with Distributed World Power (Duron) an MNC based out of Bangalore, which manufactures LED based home lighting systems & gained rich experience in handling international businesses.
Mr. Sekar has spent 2 years in Germany for marketing & distribution of solar cells, inverters, solar panels & has set up many solar power plants all to the tune of 150 MWs. Mr. Sekar also Chairs the high profile Sri Nandi Group & PLG Power Group which is having several business interests like Solar, Wind, Financing, Realty, Hospitality, Mining & Logistics.
A Cost works accountant by profession with 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts and was responsible for other cross functions like Secretarial, Administration and Human Resource Management functions. With progressively responsible positions in Software/ IT/ Telecom/ Manufacturing and Business Advisory Services, he has an extensive experience and knowledge in his domain.
He has a very strong educational background with good business acumen and has experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting & reporting, Statutory & Regulatory compliance, Investor relations, Management Information Systems (MIS), Strategic planning. His responsibilities included funding and interacting with Govt. authorities to get necessary approvals from FIPB, RBI, ROC etc for Equity, FDI, FII investments, & setting up of Branch Office, Subsidiary companies, etc.
During his earlier tenure he was involved in setting up operations of multiple Companies in India under Incubate-Operate-Transfer/ Build-Own- Operate-Transfer & New Company Incorporation models and was responsible for end-to-end solutions. He has generated close to USD 3 million revenue for the Companies under the above models.
Mr. Shankar Chairs the multi diversified Skygraph Technology Solutions which is into IT, Financial & Recruitment services & caters to the Indian Silicon Valley of Bangalore.
He also Chairs the high profile Sri Nandi Group & PLG Power Group which is having several business interests like Solar, Wind, Financing, Realty, Hospitality, Mining & Logistics.
Business Adviser at Sri Nandi Realty. He is a business management graduate, brings with him 19 years of sales and marketing experience across sunrise companies. His knowledge and understanding of the business provides the focus on key deliverables.
His immensely hands-on relationship building and networking skills are the biggest strength he brings to the table. He is a highly driven and passionate person with a keen eye on the details.
